Would be nice if when you kill an MVP the tombstone info gets put in your questlog as well as the tombstone, with an npc to remove it later if wanted. Map and coordinate of the stone would also be nice so you can find it again easily and wait until its gone to know new spawn is up.

Be old-fashioned... use a piece of paper! I used to keep times on the backs of envelopes and stuff, it takes all of 2 seconds and you have it handy without having to open up the one char's quest log. >_>

I use notepad, but I don't see a reason it cant just be part of the game. Make it another reason to be vip or something.

I don't mean to single you out with this but I see it ALL over the forums. And the GM's give into this shiz way too much with other stuff. (Nerf this, nerf that, it shouldn't be this easy!, blah blah blah)
Is why I hate "Vets" (Even though I've been around since 2001) Why is every idea that is meant to be a convenience for players shot down by people (Even ones being or already implemented) It's like you don't WANT updates and more efficient game play added to the game because you didn't get it in the past. Pretty selfish to me O.oa

My original post was meant as a suggestion, as I find it more convenient to use the paper so that you can simply glance at it and know all your times, rather then having to pull up individual entries in the quest log (which is already full of timers) on the specific character that killed the MvP(s).

Though I suppose I could have written it out in a wordier way to make clear my neutrality on the actual issue of adding MvP times to the quest log.

No. This would only give you information that you already have: The time you killed it, and where you killed it. Convex let you know when it spawns (Without the tombstone) And where it is alive on the map.
