The wiki doesn't say to go to the area with all 3 npc. It is where the Publisher npc is for the dokebi quest. Quest works just fine.

I followed the quest guide on wiki, Wiki Blue Harvest, and the last 3 steps aren't activating. Have the quest rewards been taken out or have I missed something? Also the swordmaster does require 30 bamboo, that is the only other thing wrong I found in the wiki.

Then someone who knows the correct final steps (I don't) should go add that to the wiki.
