Minstrel lvl 99/70 Stats (with bonuses and equipment):
Str-1 = You do not need str, many will say "and weight?" but what weight are we talking? As crazy to carry a weapon switch
Agi-1 = Minstrel want to have Agi? I got the guitar Spiritfied gives you 190 of aspd. Although a Clown agi is useless. Because we can not speed bows as Snipers. (Increases the speed at Assassin Cross of Sunset)
Vit-100 = To reduce damage and altered states and more obvious that vit xD (about 8k), you can climb to more than 110, but as we have little vit. It is the same as having 8k or 11k from mob or MVP. Furthermore Mvp always seek the attackers and not us xD
Int-70 ~ 80 = 2 basic things: 1 if we want to play alone, to have fun using Av or Tarot, we will use much SP. And have good int it that we are not returning to the villages every 2 min. In addition, much more importantly int for the Minstrel: Support! With this we get the wizzis have more than a good delay on their Skills and not disturb the jigger or professional every 30 seconds! We can pull all the time and skills last long!
Dex-150 ~ 160 = The "creme de la creme"! Free Tarot, Free Av cast! Besides terrible damage to the mob! Skills also influence support!
Luk-1 = Someday I will say to anyone serving in the ragnarok Luk! Except for Cory or for Sniper: P
Job Skills 99/70 Minstrel
Owls Eye ~ 10 Dex Increases
Vulture `s Eye ~ 10 Increases accuracy and distance of damage
Improve Concentration temporarily increases ~ 10 Agi and Dex
Double Strafe ~ 10 This will use it until Clown and climb some of the same jobs
Arrow Shower ~ 9 In 5 We already pre for Arrow Vulcan
Basic
Amp-1 (as Angel Cafe said "DO NOT USE AMP", it is best to take a knife and to have less delay switch between skills)
Encore ~ 1 (Play the previous song with only half Sp)
Music Lesson ~ 10 (Very important to keep in 10! Increases damage of Av, increases magic for MS, increases the speed of movement, enhances the effects in all the skills of support)
Unchained Serenade ~ 3 (Pre requisite skills to use the media)
Melody Strike 1 ~ To Av
Skill of Av and Tarot Card of Fate
Arrow Vulcan ~ 10 (the skill that every PvM Clown likes to have. You can play alone and if you got a lex HP that your enemies you can kill almost anything you want. Fact: From lvl 70 can kill a pure anubis with Av alone!)
Tarot Card of Fate ~ 5 (14 cards randomly, all different kinds of injury or condition. Excellent for a good time! Not work for MVP!)
Support skill ensemmble Hocus Pocus
A Whistle ~ 10 (This skill raises the dodge and flee from your allies, but is a prerequisite for Into the Abyss)
Lullaby ~ 1 (Create an area where every enemy that enters Sleep result in low percentage, a prerequisite for Into the Abyss)
Into the Abyss ~ 1 (or as they say "Hocus Pocus." This skill is great for a Sage / Professor of Hocus Pocus, and that alone makes it to use this skill spent only 1 yellow gem instead of 2. For those who do not know: Hocus Pocus is a Skill that launches other skills from other characters and launches tmb skills of mobs, but the best part is that this skill change also has the monster that makes a turn in an incredible poring MVP! why I love both this build xD
Magic Strings ~ 10 (I know that it reduces the cast and the delay of all magic skills. Important to keep OR IF IN 10!
Skills for Hocus or Mvp that I have.
Longin For Freedom ~ 1 (When we are doing ensemmble we get rid of the skill, and skill while still playing AV can run or Tarot, highly recommended to help the party if you suddenly get a surprise Mvp)
Moonlit Water Mill ~ 1 (I have it in 5 so hard. Creates an area where no mob can enter. The only problem is that we can receive damage range)
Other Skills of good use optional
Well, as you will realize, if one followed the points you spend in Job, we have 13 free points for the Clown. What you can do, which is what I did was spread them to other skills for my own taste, which are:
Frost Joker ~ 5 (Freezes all enemies and allies. Wind Arrows can be drawn using Av 12 ~ 13k damage or more)
Marionette Control ~ 1 (I spent half of our stats to an ally. If the partner is 99 in certain stats, eg x Dex, no bonus at all. Have 7 cells protection, if we leave these 7 cells with the ally we have that the skill is cut and removed 1k of life. Prerequisite for Moonlit Water Mill)
Acoustic Rhythm ~ 5 (optional! I do not use, but for those who serve them maybe Thor: Creates a +80 resistance elements. This is also Ensemmble)
If you did what I put up their remaining 8 points (5 of Taking the Acoustic Rhythm): They can invest in Assassin Cross of Sunset or Apple Of Idumean. I prefer the 1st option, sometimes it's fun to help kill faster assas xD
Remember that to run skills of Ensemmble (Clown / Gypsy) the 2 must bear the same Skills! Except Longin For Freedom that serves only for a pj.
The gears are very varied and depends on the tastes of each, so in that I will not expound. Depending to kill Mvp reducers can use different state or element.
What if I say that to have MVP or Hocus Pocus if or if Alice Card!
As said earlier, this is a guide as the title says. We accept all complaints or concerns democracy...
So, to the people of Ragnarok Online. Maybe now this guide can`t be useful, but time ago there`s was not too many Minstrel like the one I had
