Homunculus S Global Cooldowns

The buff-type skills of Pre-S homunculus have global cooldowns associated with them, rendering non vani choices useless. Vani has no active self-buff but has the highest stat growth to compensate, therefore any homunculus S without vani origin will be lacking in comparison.

Skills affected are:
Fillr: Fitting, Accelerated Flight
Amistr: Bulwark, Blood Lust
Lif: Urgent Escape, Mental Charge

If we remove the global cooldown to these skills and change them to specific skill cooldown, there will be a purpose in going

Amistr->Bayeri (stack attack buffs)
Amistr->Eleanor (buff/leech with high attack skills)
Fillr->Bayeri (stack attack buffs)
Fillr->Dieter (attack buff/aspd + tank ability)
Lif->anything

At the moment, the only logical thing to do with an Amistr is to go Dieter and improve on the Hp/DEF that it already has passively.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

This was done on kRO (at least on the test, not sure if it made it to mains). We really really need this change. Current global cooldown situation is a HUGE nerf to filer and amistr homuns. It essentially makes vani the only good homun to start with. (Lif's are screwed either way).

I would love to see this on iRO!! :P It would definitely give alchemist classes more options with homunculus S leveling and make things more exciting in woe.

Totally agree with what Uruwashii said. I know that Homunculus S is still in the process of testing, but this is definitely something to consider. This will give a chance for non-vani users to stick with their desired homunculus and open up more selections when evolving it to homunculus S.

I didn't even know skill global cooldown existed lol... I don't see the purpose of them either...
