Hey im an sinx and i dont know why this card doesnt work with the skill grimtooth like used to work in pre-renewal i like a lot this combo and now that i have the card i found that doesnt work so please make it work again

It should only work with level 3 or lower of grimtooth (which is bugged on iRO currently, and has near zero range except at lvl 5, so isn't very useful).
Historically, level 4-5 of grimtooth is classified as long range, level 3 is classified as short range. I don't think that has changed.
Earth Deleter armor only works with short range attacks; this is intended behavior.
