So this game was always a big part of my childhood, and I still think it has a lot of cool things about it. (I played it 4th grade to 7th, I am now in college.) The renewal system is pretty cool, I like the idea that each map and town have its use. The classes have always been great and what really makes this game for me. But the last time I played I felt a bit alone and really not motivated to keep on playing this game. So my first question is, is the community still active and a live? And would someone be so kind to take me under there wing? The best part about this game was always getting on and having social guild mates to talk to.

If you want to socialise with people, joining a social guild really helps. Go to the Guild section of the forum and look out for some.

Man I am the exact same way in the exact same situation. I have been playing iRO since 2002 as well when I was in 6th grade, I am 21 now and am returning to the game, but was also wondering how the community is, how many players are on these days? The last time I played on Chaos you use to be able to do /w and check and it would be like 3,000+ People all the time, I've been told the servers we're merged and the community really is what makes Ragnarok So is it still there? or are the P2P servers still overrun with bots and deserted of the real people there?

i recently came back to Ragnarok after an on again off again love affair with it for the past 6 years and I gott asay i actuallt like it much more now. The community is in no doubt awesome (especially if you join a guild) and it's just overall funner! I've been playing for my longest continous time now (6 months) and i have still yet to lose addiction.

I gotta say with turn ins and daily quests its far less solo than it used to be. With a central game hub in eden group its alot easier to socialise. The side rooms and upstairs brimming with ppl to chat too.
