Well domi's don't really get good till 70+

My build (lvl 74):

1st job:

Bloody arrow:1
Rake Nail: (max this good semi nuke with aoe on it)
vampiric touch: 1 (you can either max this or leave it at 1, doesn't really matter damage wise)
fear:1 (some people max this, it is amusing when you fear someone at higher level later on)
pets: just go to 1, you will get higher levels at 2nd job, just put them at 1 now to unlock for 2nd job.
shadow binding: maxed (if you use dna 50 stun is a pain in pvp :))
invisibility: max (gives +32% evasion good against mobs, not so much against op pvp classes)
bless wind: 1 (highest jump in eva after that isn't worth spending the points imo)

2nd job:

Max all pets
max pet buffs (heal buff isn't really necessary unless you want it, sometimes comes in handy when healing venger pet during raids)
rest isn't really important.

DNA: I put mine in vp casting speed - (max) so that when casting it I can run around and kite mobs/players
DNA: +aoe + to 4/5/6 gives +4-5 targets (if I remember right)
DNA: +shadow binding (mine is at +8 but I plan on maxing it)

pretty much your DNA HAS to go in VP ones, or shadow binding, but mostly the vp items.

I might have missed a few skills, right now I have about 8 extra skill points to spend how I see fit, after this build.

Domi build depends on ur playstyle ^^

either pet buff or full debuff build (Bind Weapon + Relapse Wound)

my build for PvEvP (debuff build)

reason why i made Bind Weapon + Relapse Wound instant - no matter if PvE or PvP, if u are active playing ur domi u need to be in motion and u dont want to stand still only to be able to debuff ur targets ^^ in PvP it can be fun to debuff ur Melees with Bind. Weapon while u r still running around them, same for Relapse wound when u run like a zerk into a bunch of enemies followed by ur teammates

Binding weapon is working even when some say it doesnt (Accuracy vs. Evasion) - we tested many times and i'd say a sin who crits normally lets say 1.6kx2 and after debuff not even close to it is... ^^

P.S.: Shadow Binding dont needs to be maxed out imo, not even the DNA like i did. if u want to be able to perma bind ur target and dont want to miss the exact time throwing SB again u only should set the dna as high as it needs to be to get over the cooldown so Skill at 1, rest DNA (16 secs) - SB cooldown is 23.4 secs

3x6's build is good. Maxing out Vampiric touch isn't really necessary. Other than that, his build is spot on. Unless you want to be an afk domi, go for 3x6's build. If you want to let your pets do the work go for masters'.

^^ thx for ur +

P.S: regarding the pet heal (if some1 wants to try it out) - if u want to do solo in ET (for the ones that have enough time to kill 1 mob with pets only in 25-30 mins ^^) - the heal is like a radis direct heal, leads into getting aggro. So dont try this out in ET or while soloing other evil mobs unless u know what u do ^^. As hint, simply re-summon the pets as soon as they're dead and hunt them on the mob again --> dont let Lenatore join the hunt in ET, he still causes big trouble.
