Adding Existing Accounts

When adding an existing account into your profile, upon verifying the password, it sends you back into the login page. This only causes a problem on certain accounts though. Not all.

Another problem, when attempting to edit a confirmed account, it doesn't do anything.

This is all I have found as of yet.

I'm having problems adding one of my existing accounts as well; one that is actually on the same email account as my WarpPortal account. It keeps telling me that the password I entered is incorrect. I have successfully reset the password twice, so I KNOW that I'm using the right password, not to mention that the password works in-game. Anyone else having this issue? D:

I've had a bit of trouble with the bot test on the browswer I'm using. So maybe your browser is preventing it? Though this is clearly a different problem have you tried doing this on IE?

I am also having issues regarding the add character section why is the email that was used to sign up the account required, you should be able to supply the accounts username / password then once you have done that you should be able to assign a email to the account.

I am also having issues regarding the add character section why is the email that was used to sign up the account required, you should be able to supply the accounts username / password then once you have done that you should be able to assign a email to the account.

The email you signed up with is required to prove it was actually you that signed up for the account.

Yes i realise that i am just pointing out the fact that email infomation gets misplaced quite often, and some email providers delete old email accounts.

- So thats why i think it would be a good idea to only prompt for the accounts username and password then allow the user to assign a email to there indivdual game account.

- This would also allow you to link more then one game account to the same email.

How is a prompting for the email which was used to sign up going to make the proccess any safer it just complicates things when you lose access to a email account or forget your email address.

I can't add my Ragnarok or Requiem Account, too.
Both because the password is incorrect, but it's not. I'm fine with logging into the game!
And I don't dare to use the password forgotten function - the Bot Test is bugged. I had huge problems with registering because of that - no interest of spending an hour, AGAIN, for the bot test when it seems that the new password makes the same problem...

Im having problems addding RO accounts to my WP account, my RO accts have -'s in them, and WP isnt happy about it.....

Yes, I've noticed that the bot test is bugged too. At first I thought it was just me (like there was somethnig obvious I was missing), but when I kept entering them and eventually got one RIGHT just by looking at it, I knew that it had to be bugged....

Fix please!! D: I want to add my last account to my WP!!

I am experiencing the same problem the password is not recognized, I tried to test a password reset and that did not work either another error prompt. I cannot even buy premium and missing out on the Requiem event!

What is it with people not keeping their accounts up to date? You're just making things more complicated for yourself. The requirement is meant to make it hard for thieves to steal accounts.

Well, it looks like that even after some fixes to the game accounts association, I still can't bind mine to WP. It keeps telling me that my password is wrong although it is right since I can log into the game perfectly.

I'm getting the same error a few of you are getting. At first when I trying to go and add the existing accounts to warp portal it asked me to enter in the password to the account, how ever every time on each of my three accounts it is not allowing me to add the accounts because it comes back with "incorrect password." When I've tested the password multipal times on each accounts to be correct and am able to log onto the game with each password. I was able, how ever, to get one of the three accounts to work, kinda, I had to manual add it like it was associated with a differnt e-mail account, but the only thing that was differnt about the information I entered in was that I used an "M" for the account name insted of the "m" that the system is showing automaticly when displaying on the screen (It displays everything in all lower case all the time). Even after just trying after fix for the character fixes I still get the wrong passwrod thing I don't think the warp portal system is recognizing capitalization for the game account passwords and usernames still maybe? At least not for the automatic recognition of the accounts associated with the e-mail that ou regiested the warp portal under anyway.

Strange, when I'm trying that, I get "the Account is allready listed above", even with capital letters instead of small ones.

How dose this have anything to do with keeping a account updated alot of people lose there account infomation, i am talking about lost / non-existant (Email Accounts)

Its free to play forever, they cover server costs by selling item mall items.

man, i cant believe i cant play my main account that i always play on RO cuz this new thing cant recognize my account...WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED????
