We already have a daily gift system... and it's rather good really you can get a halter lead that you can sell in Valkyrie for 3-4m.... Which is really easy money if you ask me, specially for new players.

Yes it is like a lotto but since 10mil in jRO is big zeny, they can surely pull back some players with the campaign, the quest is easy and there are other stuffs aside from the zeny you can get from lucky treasures.

We lost lots of players from also WoE events last year and the competition of 3D games over 2Ds like RO when the Akihabara Otaku Center launched & introduced new games last Nov~Dec.

And thankfully they revived my RG acct there that I lastly logged like a year ago but still working on a new Japanese OS so I can play again and see how this campaign's working.

we've had welcome back events from time to time I think, but nothing quite like that. The spooky machine event period was *VERY* rewarding.

jRO also has the ability to actually customize the game, so they go around kRO's terrible decisions. It's much easier to get players back when they don't feel utterly powerless to fix a broken game.
