Torrents are only as good as the people who are seeding them if at all.
I've split up the iRO client into 140 Mb chunks and its hosted by media fire if you are having trouble with the direct download: http://www.mediafire.../?qcv6jkce92vh2
There is also an MD5 Checksum for both the zips and the binary exe if you're into that sort of thing.
