So if one gets a proposed solution to a problem, does the ticket become invalid/ignored/discarded?
Unfortunately the solution did not work and the quest is still bugged.
It has been a week since the last time I replied with updated info/screenies but the ticket seems to be dead (no more replies).
Should I start a new ticket? Or maybe there is just a lot of other tickets pending/needing more attention? hmm

PS: It's the bard skill quest for Pang Voice that is bugged =(
