all these "gravity fix disconnect and people still putting tracerts asking why they cant log in, read at least 3 posts b4 u ask.. this isnt RELALY new news, i just plain assume login is down now every time i get d/c

I should get free VIP for 2 months and more kafra points because I was in the middle of buying Battle Manuals and Reset Stones then got disconnected and lost my kafra points!. Seriously Gravity needs to step up their game and fix all this disconnection crap.

to be honest this ddosing has been going on for weeks now, why would you try to spend KP knowing that it could disconnect? there is not much Gravity can do outside getting multiple login servers with extra bandwidth blocking IP's wont stop them its not hard to proxy :\

IM sorry but 45 pages is a bit Crazy... day after day The same old crap... Gravity needs to get this figured Out or alot of people gonna Pack their bags... Wasting alot vip time ... It wouldnt be a problem if i didnt Put forth any money in the game But do soo its a problem..i kno its isnt odas fault but These things Happen and people fix them... do some research and find out how it got fixed somewhere else... and there you go

The easy standard fix is spending money, something Gravity has a limited supply of and iRO is not really profitable enough to merit an increase in server bandwidth I would assume, but hopefully they can think of a fix that doesn't end up with them having to throw money they don't have at it :\

Sorry about your loss. Based on my experience with customer service, they will do nothing about the error. No matter how it hurts the paying customer. I'm a small time paying customer, but a customer, nonetheless. Funny how the customer is not considered anymore, in these times. The continued response when putting in a ticket is:

The last sentence is what really upsets me. I compare it to: Although you have "issues", we only care that you are spending your money. Too bad it affects your game time.

Ironically, not one other game we have ever played has had this poor of customer service when a problem existed. Regardless of fault. Makes me sad.

gravity has Money. there no Limited Supply Im one of those who put Money In gravity Pocket... PEOPLE SPEND ALOT MONEY ON RO... and I can run thur this forums and Find people that spend alot too.. just dont criticizing people who are making statements about the game play, If u dont have a Problem with it what are u doing on here?

I think the server login issues have something to do with the new Amatsu Spotlight and that evil Sushi Master quest. Just think about it...
