Well, I have no idea why mines not working then it just continuously says Failed to connect to server...

I still can't connect, just keeps saying failed to connect to server, has been this way for a while... I have Ymir Accounts and Valkyrie... IT just doesn't make sense why it's down more than it's up here lately..
btw this what you can use to check it, as you can see there is just a blank spot on the valkyrie Login spot...

I just tried valk, ygg and ymir, valk seems to be a bit slower getting into but I was still able to get to char select. Are you even getting to char select?

Honestly not trying to sound stupid or anything, what exactly is a tracert and how do I do it? I am not as much of a gamer as other people, I just play during my breaks and lunch at work.

Server is up.. My IP was blocked too.. I sent a IP tracet and they've unblocked my IP.. I'm in game now

Just remember there are only a dozen or so support guys grinding through tickets in a very large queue with several ahead of you, they are working as fast as they can. I can't give you an ETA I just know they are going as fast as they can.
