Make the Blank Stare item into a Costume item.

Or hell, make all headgears costume items, but when they're in the costume slot, their effect isn't used.

[edit] +1, I like the whole "make all headgears costume-able" idea in that any hat can be equipped in the costume tab.

Completely agree. In ROSE, you can wear ANY PIECE OF GEAR YOU HAVE in costume slots. It doesn't have to come from the item mall. Would be nice to wear my bell ribbon around in combat without losing out on huge bonuses from functional headgears. Just sayin. Unfortunately, people have been saying this since the costume tab came out and they still haven't done anything about it =\

I agree completely. I want to be able to wear cute things (like a Boy's Cap and unslotted Elvens) without having to forego the good stats from my not-so-cute headgears. I mean, the little crown thingy from the Kafra Shop is cute, but there's not much else from there that I'd want to wear as opposed to, say, an old fashioned Kitty Band.

Costumes had so much potential... Also, how about a "blank" costume so it looks like you haven't equipped anything in that slot? I think Maplestory has something like that, lmao.

In pRO, they have this mid-gear called:
"Siege Blank Eyes" and "Siege Blush of Groom"
currently the best mid gear on that server because it has 8% Demi Human redux.

Hmm.. for me I want a costume Wanderer Sakkat / Kabuki Mask
