Should just be, press the windows button and the r button on your keyboard at the same time (Windows+R), then type in cmd in the box that should appear.

In the end it's up to you.

If Windows 7 doesn't have run, then typing Command Prompt in the white little box when you press the windows button should somewhat work...

Umm the Start Button is located left hand bottom corner of your pc. You click it, and it will allows you to brows your program files, documents...etc.

Or you can just simply press the "windows" button on your keyboard, and search for "run", then follow the instruction of the OP post.(The cntinue with cmd part)

hmm. You should be able to right click on the window block, and choose "select all", then press "control + C" which allows you to copy the passage.

After that yeah, submit a ticket to WP and cross your fingers~ ><
