As you can see I've completed the Finding the Moving Island quest, and yet the quest window is stuck on the very first step of the quest. I've gone back and talked to that NPC again and all he says is his "you found it? amazing!" dialogue that he does when you finish.

Always been like this - there are a lot of quests in RO that don't get removed from the quest window after finishing them. Not sure if this is intended (to let you know that you've finished the quest without going to the npcs and seeing if they let you in) or accidental.
