I did all the quest for the mount skill. I finally got the pet evolve crystal thing and i used it. It said your pet evolved. So i went to skills and there wasnt a mount skill! Is this an error? By the way my pet is a Griffon!

What level is the Griffon? They get the skills as the level up after the evolution.

Yes. You ride Griffon at the level 60 promotion, at least I'm pretty sure you do.
