Another thing you could do is create a merc who will be a vend-slave. Give him any Loot or Item you don't need or want and sell it. If you got a piece of equipment you don't want, upgrade it as much as you can without breaking it to sell it for more. (I suggest to use Ragial.com as ways to know what is currently sold at what price)
If you know you have loot that nobody wants, just sell it to NPCs and try to save up as much as possible.

This is more or less the whole of it. I personally have set up shops buying Shells (those ones that drop from chonchons and tons of other monsters) for 1k each, and insect feelers for 2k each - though i'm all set on those for now.Save up as much loot as you can and then check if there's a BuyShop wanting your stuff. Fabric and Maneater Blossoms are currently popular in demand - even Stems or Feathers. Strawberries are definite moneybringers. BuyShops in Payon buy 1 Strawberry for up to 2.5k!

Everyone will need a merchant for vending eventually.
The advice to upgrade stuff is not good advice. An item at +0 and at the safe upgrade limit sell for the same price, or very close to it, and there are plenty of upgradable items that will not sell in a vend, ever, unless you set the price lower than what the NPC will buy it for. Upgrading stuff that won't sell is not something you want to do.
Also, ofc, the other way to make zeny is to buy kafra shop items (with real money) and sell those for zeny.

This is true, they sell pretty fast if your a smart seller.
Ragial.com helps a lot.

In Eden Group, talk to Daily Quen every day. You mainly get a bunch of weird stuff, but every now and then (maybe once a week or so), you'll get a Halter Lead Box (worth 1-2 million), Reset Stone (4 million), Bloody Branch (4-5 million), or an Old Card Album (8 million). Just check Ragial.com for the current market price and vend that stuff.
Also sign up for the Newsletter. It's a free gift about every other month or so, worth 5-8 million.
When you get to level 70, you can start doing Turn-In quests, which grant you Eden Merit Badges. You can turn in these merit badges for Reset Stones that you can sell.

The way I made money? Make a merchant and get vending. You only really need the minimum.

4. Voilà ! You're done!
Eden Merit Badges (EMB) are items that u get from doing weekly turnins (TI, hunting quests from NPC Gramps in eden 1st floor) or exchanging certain MVP drops to Merry Badger. She sits at the left side of eden 1st floor and u can exchange ur badges for various goodies, eg. Reset Stone (this item worth 4m ea!), Job Battle Manual, Life Insurance, Token of Siegfried, etc. I hope my explanantion is clear enough.

when you say buyshop that want what you have... what does it mean.. it is not NPC that will buy these stuff over... like feather and shell that you say we can sell for like 1k or 2.5k... on NPC they buy them for 10zeny or so...
I can't find anyone that want to answer me.. I have a character on Yggdrasil and now on Valkyrie but cannot find anyone.. also, people in the eden 1st floor never or almost answer me... where do I go for this?
sorry.. this is a noob question but I just started back in the game and cannot figure it out by myself where to go... :/

The easiest way to find "Buy Shops" is to go to www.ragial.com and click on "Buying". Then you can search db.irowiki.org to find out where to get them and how often they drop. I recommend going with Stems (if you're just starting out) or Immortal Hearts (if you're around level 60-70) to start building your funds.
If you have a bit of patience, though, you can open up a shop of your own and sell these items for a slightly higher price than the buying price. You'll make more money, but it'll take longer
@Jaka7Tole: To sign up for the newsletter, go to https://www.warpport...nformation.aspx, sign in, click edit, and make sure the "newsletter" box is checked.
Eden Merit Badges are given for completing Turn-In quests from Gramps on the Center-Right side of Eden.
