I have two reset stones in my inventory and he is not accepting them to give me temp vip...keeps saying to buy it from the cash shop. Anyone know the problem?

The stones probably need to be in a single stack. Try either the stacking NPC in the second floor of the Eden Group, or Sam Status in Payon to get them to stack.

Are they still in box form? Are you using the old reset stones that need to be exchanged for the new ones?
