When will the skill requests be given an action so that people wont complain and that old players would comeback? Most of my friends plays a different game now, and if you run around all over RO cities you'd find that there are less people and less people vending, playing, running around than it used to. I keep reading stuff in forums and the only thing I keep seeing is generally "how suck RO has gone now" ~ They are giving less attention to this game which started & brought WarpPortal Alive. If you think that the game hasn't gone down, you're clearly clueless of what is going on. RO used to have hundreds of millions of players when it started, now it's like 75%bots, 15% venders + alts, 10% players. I keep seeing all over the internet that the only things make RO fun are Woe, and PVP. Runs aren't as fun as it used to coz god items are less used when it's somehow nerfed in woe & characters have OHKO now. Most classes have higher damage than their HP, BS cast times, everything is jst instant. So you tell me, what is now the point of playing this game? (plz don't be a j@ck@ss and comment like a m0r0n thinking ur better when infact ur jst a person playing ro).

Move on. Dont play the game. Its that simple.

On another note, skill request isnt that easy because game changes are centralized to kRO which has to get feedback first from all official servers around the world before implementing changes, depending on the situation or your request. Otherwise, be more specific and have a little more hindsight before Q-Qing

I'd like to know how many old players would come back even if there was a re-renewal.

Of all of my friends, most of them that have experienced other games would not go back to RO no matter what.

@geniewenie - I understand the population is terrible compared to the old days. But I'm pretty sure they won't come back...

old players won't come back. they have grown up and got a life. those who did not, moved to private servers or other online games. the rest (the clingers) stayed on the official servers.

Well RO is really old, lacks a lot of features most people call standard in the MMO area and from what I've read/played of current MMO's players hate grind fests. sadly the days of old you wish to come back will never return.

I and my friends just came back to RO this last week we used to play it in first open beta, closed beta and open beta then a few years after that. This game is alot better then what it used to be, also the so called features that are standard are not so standard if only a few games have them and majority do not. I for one love grind games by time you hit high level you feel good about it, unlike other games where you feel meh just max level who cares..

I don't recall where I heard this quote, but I thought of RO when I heard it.

Nothing is perfect, forget about those who left RO and focus on what we have now and how we will get new players, everytime i have a trainee at work, i ask them if they play computer games then ask them to play RO. Well so far, i got my gf playing(and got addicted to this game) and one of my coworker that is now a 120GX.
And i will keep on asking for replacement.do the same ,

Oh yeah, my younger sister plays too, she loves her wanderer until it gets nerrfrd so bad, then she switch to a genetic rather than QQing about the lost

Entertainment value of the players, they moan rant rage quit cheat spazout and just plain have that cbf attitude where they think they are so pro using gate of hell.

did i say cheat? yeh people have been cheating at ro from day one, from these dds attacks to win woe (VALK!! sore losers much) to people using rcs? rxc or somecrap

people using-_-, xkore, filter hacks, packet senders and just plain out editing the ragnarok.exe for mayapurple or to look like a gm plus the zoom hacks.

p.s. anyone know how to move WASD style on ro?
