Hy guys..,

My char is Hunter lv 74
my status is Dex=99 Agi=42 n other=1
my equip still from eden quest

What do u think about my hunter? n give me suggest for leveling place??

Build looks okay. I'd keep adding agi and throw in some int for SP (and in the 80's maybe 10-30 vit for survivability, and in the early 90's, 20-40 luk). Just off the top of my head - hunter's not a class I've played ("but you have a lvl 100 ranger" you say? To which I say, "I leeched it the whole way and had someone else do the ranger jobchange for me" I've never actually played my hunter/sniper/ranger. I might have used it to kill in dragonlabs pre-renewal, but that's not relevant anymore)

Now would actually be a good time to grab some silver arrows and level on in the Tatami Maze dungeon in Amatsu. Kill Firelocks and Miyabi Dolls, and avoid Shinobi. This is also a good opportunity to earn money. Firelocks drop Iron, which can be sold to players, NPC'd for a lower (but still respectable) amount of zeny, or stockpiled in case you make a forger in the future. They also drop Yams, which you can use to heal and save on the number of potions you use; and they drop Large Jellopy, which can be sold to the NPC for a bit of zeny. Firelock Soldier cards are also quite pricey, if you're lucky enough to recieve one you can either keep it for future use, or sell it to another player. Miyabi Dolls drop Star Crumbs, which other players buy in order to forge weapons, and Glossy Hair, which people buy in bulk in order to change their hairstyles. The Miyabi Doll card also sells for a fairly large amount of zeny (by newbie standards), so that's something to look out for as well.

No. In order to get to Amatsu, you will have to take a ship from the city of Alberta. The NPC that will take you there is called Ship Captain, located on the docks at the eastern side of Alberta. Speak with him and he will offer to take you to Amatsu for a fee of 10,000 zeny. Once you are in Amatsu, you will not be able to enter the dungeon until you have completed a short quest. iRO Wiki has a write-up on the quest here:

Once you have recieved the Feudal Lord's Permit item, you will be able to access the dungeon anytime you want. However, you CAN NOT lose the Permit, or you will not be able to access the dungeon. If you sell the permit you can not access the dungeon; if you give the permit to another character that has not done the dungeon access quest, the NPC in charge of the gates will take it away from you and neither character will be able to access the dungeon. Supposedly there is an NPC who can issue a new Permit to you in the event of a lost Permit, but it costs zeny to do so and I'm not really sure where it is.
