Does it really give +5% max sp?
People said that the smokie pet gives the hiding skill and such, but it's never worked for me.

What food does the Incubus pet eat?
I've been looking around and It says Flower of Life, but then people said its heart of mermaid..or immortal heart? x__x not sure.

Does the Incubus say anything when its loyal?

I haven't played with mine enough to know about the rest, but I do know that the Incubus pet eats the yellow Vital Flower item. You can buy it from the pet merchant in Pront.

Incubus pet does give you 5% more sp, but I think it needs to be loyal to give it to you like all pets. I think it is another pet that gives you the hide skill (also a loyal bonus); Smokie card gives you hide though.

Incubus is also 2% to leech 5% sp, so it's actually better than RWH, as RWH is only 1% chance. Even at +9 RWH, it increases the amount RWH leeches but not the chance (still 1%). I've tested both RWH and Incubus and Incubus definitely procs way more often than RWH. I always always used Incubus whenenver solo lvling my RK. I even use it at nasty bleeding turn ins where I gotta get my sp back. Of course it's best to use both RWH and Incubus (and nid garb) for maximum sp leech but just using Incubus was fine during that pirate hat quest where it gave more exp.

Incubus eats yellow Vital Flower, which can be bought from the usual Pet Groomers. And no, they don't talk, like all the other newer pets. You get the pet bonus for anything cordial or above. And it's Whisper that gives you the hide skill; it works, but my Whisper drives me nuts, 'cause he goes through his food at a great rate, and since he doesn't talk I tend not to notice when he's hungry. So he goes back to cordial or even neutral a lot.

You can look at the list of real effects from different pets here: http://irowiki.org/wiki/Pet_System

Often, people will get their information from "different" servers, so they tend to create some confusion, stating those wacky things as fact on iRO. For some reason, I see that happen with pets more than anything over the years...

The Succubus one is barely noticable. Maybe I should try testing it without an HF weapon and see if it even procs the HP restore on damage effect

Incubus gives 5% extra SP and a 2% chance to restore 5% of damage as HP.

Right now, it does not need to be Loyal to get these effects. I get the bonus at Neutral, not sure about going below that. It eats Yellow Vital Flowers which you can purchase from the Pet Groomer in Prontera. It has no script right now.

Yeah, it looks like the game description of the incubus is wrong, it's definitel sp leech not hp leech. Irowiki's description is wrong as well as a result, I guess.

Sorry to bring an old thread back, but where do I get the Girl's Naivety item to get the Incubus as a pet?

Also, is it true that the lower the monsters HP, the better the chance of taming?

Thanks in advance. =)

The lower the HP, the easier to tame. If you can manage 1 HP, so much the better. People may dispute this, but it's true.

haha.....1 hp? that seems impossible, unless there was a way to show the creatures hp.

What about the taming item?

Wizards have a skill that allows you to check stats including hp of a monster. Sense. Also, there is a headgear Observer that allows the use of that skill.
