Send a ticket about that -sarcasm-0$ Because support is not really professionnal. When I argue with them, they answered 5 times the same answer for a ticket. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. I got a job just last week, so I have money to spend. But it won't be here, there is no point of spending anymore. They always put the same stuff in the item mall, but with different colors, most of the time.

Edit: Still, some people don,t know what trust is and they only care about facts, they don't even wanna proove that I did something really wrong... For me to start over and spend more in IM? If that's what they want, they are not right! Instead of prooving me that I did something wrong, they copy/past tickets, because they know I'm right.

Same here. They unable to prove something concrete but yet accused me of something that I nvr do. Even after I provided some evidences... They still stand by their unproven theory!!!

None of my tickets have ever been answered in a rude way and they were always answered immediately (within few hours).
So i have nothing to say about their support really.

wow, they always answer me without any emotions, not friendly but not badly, it takes up to 5-7 days sometimes and they answer the sameHmm i always get nice answers and i get helped quickly and in professional manner.
None of my tickets have ever been answered in a rude way and they were always answered immediately (within few hours).
So i have nothing to say about their support really.

I dont want this Topic to stray too much off course, but felt i needed to respond to you.
Imo, i dont think its a case of not caring about your opinion.
The Support Team will be under strict policy on how certain matters must be handled.
There are reasons why it is like that. Im sure if you asked Corvus politely, why things are the way they are, you would get an explanation. I will bet $100 that it wont be because they dont care.
Besides, even when you think it is futile, sending a private message to the Customer Service Manager, with polite feedback you have about a Customer Support grievance may actually, in the end, be a good thing.
Suggest that you approach Corvus and ask him why your case was handled the way it was.
Only question after that is if i lose the bet, who is going to break it to my Husband he has to pay up? :s
