This dragon helm should be make it trade or vend.cannot even recycle.i have this from lunar new year groove pack.

I don't really care about this, I just wish Draco stayed for at least one more week (also for recycling purposes).

if a +8 Silver Dragon Helm could be exchanged for a the account bound Gold costume version, put in an NPC that allows the Gold costume versions to be exchanged for Silver Helms that can then be vended as normal.
