Don't really have a mechanic in renewal, but something should probably be considered concerning the formula. Maybe make the success rate based on the job level the character went to as a mastersmith?
Because if the formula is not revised, and job level maxes at 50, it will be worse than the NPCs.

Same thing with potion creation. It will be better to have a level 50+ biochem, than the 3rd class.Don't really have a mechanic in renewal, but something should probably be considered concerning the formula. Maybe make the success rate based on the job level the character went to as a mastersmith?

Also, the maximum job bonuses for third classes are often lower than trans.

^No they did not. Last I heard, jRO was planning to get this fixed and I think they placed it on top priority in their last maintenance. Right now, I don't think kRO has fixed theirs yet, and I don't know if jRO did manage to get it fixed.

What would be cool would be if it adds 2nd class and 3rd class job levels together... so a job 50 mechanic would refine as if they had "job 120 (70 mastersmith + 50 mech)" but I have a feeling the success rate would be too high? Not sure, but it's better than the current alternative.
