what's happen now..?? i cant open iRO wiki and Ragial rite now.. is anyone can open it??

iRO Wiki is not run by the GMs. It is an independently run fansite. However, iRO Wiki hosts Ragial, so when iW goes down, so does Ragial.
I am able to access iW currently - so it sounds like it was just a momentary outage (unless you still can't access it).
