[Helium]

In advance of the transfer over of users from the Korean Requiem: Alive service to ours here in the US, Requiem: Memento Mori, I would like to offer a warm welcome!

Many details involved with the transfer are still being finalized, but here are some:
- The transfer is set to take place during our regularly scheduled maintenance period from 7-Mar-2012 to 8-Mar-2012.
- A package of welcome gifts will be given upon the transfer (includes some items, Item Mall points and Premium time).
- An in-game event will take place during the week of the transfer, to coincide with it.
- Korean language knowledge base articles, warpportal.com walk-through information, and newsletter will be perpared prior to the transfer.
