See if this was a once in a while thing, it wouldn't be such a big deal, but honestly it seems like service gets worse and worse by the week. Do you think the players are going to love you guys for that?
Honestly are you guys so full of yourselves that you think that your players will love you no matter how crappy your service gets. Most of use are needing to convince ourselves that you guys are doing what you can to make things better, but the more often and more frequently this happens, the harder it is to do that.
And locking the threads that talk about the truth so other players can't continue, just makes you look even more guilty and worthless.
