My friend started playing Rose today and I started a new character, he some how managed to summon an angel ( or what looks like an angel). I have seen someone else with one of them following their avatar around. How do you get one? He said he just clicked on bow or something, I have no idea...

That is called an arua's fairy, and it enhances your stats for an hour.
They randomly start stalking you, it's not like he summoned it.
