rose does not work on win 7 64 bit?

You tried to startup as Administrator? And did you check the video settings in Triggerdetect.exe? You can find it in the installation folder.

hmm well maybe try to install the folder directly to the desktop or flash drive instead of the normal location, also check to make sure your ports are open
the ports are open...
i didnt change anything on my router by installing a new operating system...
