I am wondering...how many accounts logged in from one ip or computer does it take to get flagged/banned?
Lately I have been running....a few. I don't want to get banned, no third party stuff going on.
I kind of have a few alchs....you know?

The most ive ever had logged in at once is 3, my computer cant handle a 4th or 5th client lmao Pretty sure ive seen people vending with 5-6 different merchs though.

6 pc's here and all of them on the same IP address and we have had as many clients logged in at the same time and never had an issue ? 0_o is there a limit ?

I do 4 semi regular. Buy and sell shop and two active levelers.

you won't get banned for dualing a bunch of clients. a friend and i used to log in 9 alts each to run bg a long time ago

largest duel-client chain I've seen is 12. Not sure if they got banned for it though.

I think the limit for the same IP is about 12 since like a year ago. The limit was only in the first login server though, so technically you could login account->change Ip->log into the game and have more than the limit. You shouldn't need more than the limit though, and I don't think you could get banned for using many clients at the same time as long as you are not doing something fishy.

Most I have used is 2 but I once saw a guy have to make a heart out of Novices which was about 14ish or something not 100% sure anymore

Doubt it is bannable if you are just selling/making pots and what not

Plus you hear about people dual clienting all the time to MVP and non of them get banned

When I was on Valk I ran 5 per night, pretty much every night. One regular merch for drops and stuff and 4 Stay-Alive Shops.

Only play on one account and on one computer with only one character so I don't know.

I used to run 10 on at the same time and haven't been banned yet. This was a year ago before all the DDoS attacks and policy changes, so I'm not too sure about now.

Login 8 accounts with same ip recently. 2 of us play RO in the family. each of us have 4 accounts. 2 vendor, 2 main. 3rd comp is for vending permanently.

usually 2 most other times


be nice if you didnt have to be online to vend...
like a system where merchants can register their shop for x hours
the server handles the shop like it puts up a Dummy NPC where the Merchant was standing

or incorperate that with the Auction house system thats in game that no1 EVER uses.. where you could call up a window like the booking system to search all the registered shops

imagine how much lag that would free up @_@;

of course server population would probably drop 80%.. lol
