i after getting the angel symbol...talked with cream....he told he dnt know me!!

You could've asked all your questions in one thread…
After you get the symbol you can start taking the quests given by the Angel NPC at top left Alberta (or bottom left if Devils).
If your side finishes more quests than the other side in that week then you can enchant your symbol at Custard Cream next week.
It's not broken because Devils side won last week, so if you're on Angels side, that s.o.b. Custard won't talk to you.
