get a japanese one.
rads and elem are in demand for pve.
pvp - least in demand are sins and srs.... god knows we have too many of them in mid lvl pvp and plenty of crap ones heading towards upper tier.

Thanks for the advice, think I'll roll a Templar/Radiant as I play healers most. Though will no doubt end up rolling several other classes too. I suffer from MCD (multiple character disorder) . Will try a protector for raiding, see what its like on the other end of the heals and maybe a play down the Warrior tree as well as sort out my old Defiler.
MCD will be very painful for your wallet.
Don't play protector unless your wallet is deep as most cash shop whored dps classes will have better hp and keep agro better than you will.
Rad is a good choice I think and better to stick to it, maybe dust off your old defiler to farm some xeons.

@Famous - that's what I'm planning with my Defiler, just researching the skill changes due to updates since I last played her.
@Fudd - I thought about Mystic (had a mid level one before) for raiding/farming as I normally play casting classes, but I though there would be hundreds of them, that's why I asked which classes are the most wanted. But I'm sure I'll end up with one in the end as I do intend making this my main game. I got fed up flitting about trying other mmo's and not being satisfied with the gameplay, hence my return to requiem.
