2 Where can I get 1st job change? I don't see it in mall.

1 Does skull crash have a DNA that increases stun duration? Yes, each dna point increases duration by 0.2 second so with lvl 10 dna you can get maximum of 3 seconds of stun.

2 Where can I get 1st job change? I don't see it in mall. There is no 1st job change, this is outdated information. Years ago you started as bartuk, xenoa, turan or kruxena temeperion and chose your first job at lvl 10. Now you start of at 1st job straight away.

3 once I choose 2nd job, is it impossible to change 1st job? You chose your 2nd job at lvl 50 at some npc in town and once you chose 2nd job you can't go back to 1st job. However, you can change your 2nd job to any other 2nd job in your race using Upper Job Change Certificate which cost no more than 10kk lant right now, sometimes is sold in lucky packs in item mall (which I don't recommend buying, you are better of selling 1k mall and buy UJC from someone. And sometimes gravity gives us free UJCs when some skill changes are made.

4 if yes, how?

You need Lower Job Change Certificate and sometimes they are in auction house or try asking around in Alban, Numaren. Many people can probably sell you at low price too.
