I rolled a templar (going radiant) yesterday and am currently level 30. I have Concentration at Lv7 (maximum mp +18%) with Strengthen Concentration DNA also at Lv7 (maximum mp increase rate increase 12% (that's the description not a typo)). Now my question is, is the DNA increase of 12% added to Concentration as a whole ie. 18% + 12% making a total of +30% to Concentration or is it added to the +18% ie. 18% + 12% of 18% making 20.16%?

Never mind I worked it out. It adds to Concentration as a whole, giving me currently a 30% bonus to mana 
, 1333mp boosted to 1732mp with decimals rounding down.

Yup.It adds to Concentration as a whole
If you're levelling it's probably not the best investment for skill points. If you're not going to play completely free, you'd be better off at this stage going all-out in attack skills, then your defence skills, to level quicker (and reset later for support build)
