i cant seem to find the kafra, or the guide so im totally clueless on this place. Anyone know anything?

I don't think there's ever been a Kafra in Dewata.

there is however an Eden Group member willing to teleport you to the Eden HQ ^_^ you can access your storage on the 2nd floor of the HQ, the NPC's located in the bottom tip of the diamond shaped city map

Perhaps is inside one of the buildings in the city. Just like there was only a eden warper inside the ninja guild.

yeah that always irked me about dewata when im restocking on elu.. =( had to resort to keeping a 2nd char outside the cave to hold stuff till were both too overweight to move..
