No one is bothering to vote. Maybe some people don't know how? Spam the screen until it happens, instead of just announcing it once and then letting everyone not vote, allowing NO ONE to warp.

Dungeon Teleport Elections

In each major city of the Rune-Midgarts Kingdom, a special Kafra and Cool Event Corp. Employee are found close to each other. Players over level 70 may vote for whom they would like to win. An announcement is occasionally made throughout the entire game informing players the current status of the election. Once a winner is chosen, that NPC will provide warps to certain dungeons. The dungeons that are available depend on when that NPC last won an election and by how large a margin it won the current election.

Voting is open for 24 hours. If neither side receives at least 20 votes, voting remains open for another 24 hours (repeat until someone has at least 20 votes). Teleport service lasts for 144 game hours (6 days). The mechanism counting time for this is an actual in game NPC, so time does not elapse during server maintenance (or when the zone controlling Einbroch has crashed).

Yes, I already knew that. your point? For 1 side to receive 20 votes, at most 39 people need to vote. It hasn't happened in at least 2 days.


If it announced more often and more obnoxiously, people would vote, the election would be over, and I could use the teleport services.

I concur. A little popup that asks for your vote would actually make better use of the dying function. It's not going to happen though and I can see why. There are more important issues at hand *cough* rebalancing the balance patch *cough*

I never registered, I think you just have to be level 70. Maybe remove the level requirement?

well maybe not completely remove the requirement...

make it like lvl 20 and have the pair NPC's (Kafra & Cool) give you the option to REGISTER with them like those people here in seattle that stand near the mall registering ppl on the street.. they dont say.. ok you want to register.. go a few miles from here and go register.. they do it right there on the spoT!!!

Huh, you don't have to register to vote. It's just a level requirement. Whether you vote or not doesn't matter. You can always spam the vote with your alt characters; it's 1 vote per character not account. The warps aren't even that significant anyway.

I only have 1 character with the level requirement, but 5-10 of the (20 total) votes this time was probably from me sitting in Alberta and telliing people to vote as they warped in. It takes 2 seconds, and no one does it

Just to prove a point (and because Heim wants people logged in more), when I die with my warp available I am more likely to keep playing. It only took 2 days of forcing people to vote in 2 elections.

I won't be doing that next time, because it took too long, even though I get to keep the warp for a week. Next time I'll just play less frequently, especially if it's actually in election mode

who even uses this stuff anymore? People level in TIs, not on normal maps.... Thats why they don't vote.

Fix that problem, then the warp voting will fix itself.

People still hunt drops. Ymir doesn't really have too many bots, so it's not just them.

There's usually at least 2 other people, sometimes 5+, out in glast heim hunting Raydric card when I'm down there. Lots of the time, there is a party of 2 people including a priest walking around together.

Stop the voting process and make them both available 24/7. Say they decided to agree to disagree and will both continue to provide service from this point forward.
