Is it worth wasting words?

I mean, should we be discussing things that we like or dislike about renewal as we play it, or should we purely be looking for bugs?
I'd rather not waste words talking about things like the drop rate system if it simply will not matter and we're just supposed to be looking for actual errors and fixing translations.

In my opinion, iRO needs to be adjusted to suit our needs. iRO is a server with a much smaller player base than kRO, and the players here have a different playing style and mentality. It would be silly to assume that just because kRO likes something, that iRO will like it as well.

No matter what, we will never be able to test the EXP curve until it is on the main servers. The only way to get a true feel for leveling is to do it on 1x rates, but who is going to grind on a test server that will be wiped in 1-2 weeks? Even if they give us 5,10, or 20X rates, or a leveler npc, we still won't know how the curve plays out in a real setting. But at least with a leveler NPC and 1x rates, we will be able to quickly try various classes/builds, and jump to whatever bracket we want to test.no point in a lvling npc just up the exp rates to 50x or even 10-20x >___< if we just use a lvling npc we wont be able to rly test much like say test eden quests if you just lvl up fast from a npc theres no real challenge to it and see what happened when they added helpfull harry made us lag like hell

1) 3rd classes
2) new equipment
3) content that my chars can use (i.e. 99+)
4) other stuff.
If RE was testing for a month or two, sure i'd do eden quests because the whole thing looks quite interesting but tbh I simply dont have time. Still takes 5-10 hours to get to 99/70 trans so can really only do that once or twice during the test phase and that doesnt really leave much room for anything else.
I am very anxious about the fact we will be testing renewal mechanics etc on main servers, without access to a proper test server (since it'll be commerical) to test stuff and mess around with.
A large part of the playerbase is going to be left going "wtf?" when renewal hits mains because we're obviously not going to get any documentation about the changes that are happening and only a very few players fully understand all the changes, mostly because they've been playing renewal for the last 2 years.

It's Monday, so the GMs should be answering some of this today. And if they don't... We might as well assume we're screwed and go play at Abyss Lake instead.

Well, 99 doesn't really matter anymore. It's 150.
Doddler said in another thread, "I fully expect there to be level 150 characters on Ymir in two months."
That seems about the same as when trans were implemented in terms of time it would take, if not slightly longer.
Especially considering your level adds so much to your stats, WoE will be level 150 or you can't do imo. A 99 character will be a meaningless temporary landmark like 99 non-trans is currently on Ymir.
Good, bad, I don't know, I don't really care. But when you're testing, keep that in mind.
