You're from France, Germany or Middle East, right? ;3
There's an IP-Ban for these countries.
Simple solution: Make an Account for another game (Requiem, Dragon Sage, ...) and THEN an Account for RO ;3
You don't have to play the other game btw, you just need an Account ^^
