I understand what they do and I understand its valuable. What I don't understand is why they are so grossly over priced O.o? A clean rideword hat is 80m ish! That's pretty intense for a new player/someone coming back to the game!

Is there a place they are farmed? Is there any good alts to this hat? I need it for my monk that's why it's so annoying.. My carga I can just farm as a monk at 95-99 but w.e O.o!!

The HP you get back from the Rideword hat even at +9 is pretty negligible compared to the % amount of SP you'd get in return when leveling on mobs. It stacks well with Nid Garb. SP is more of a problem for many players instead of HP. This is especially true for many of the SP intense skills that 3rd classes use.

Rideword hat is actually pretty much required now in order to even efficiently level Chasers with Arrow Storm nowadays compared to before the time Fire Trap got nerfed for Chasers.

They're a Kafra Shop item; they're not farmable or even currently able to be obtained in game. (edit: outside of of buying/trading with someone that has one, obviously.)

They are pretty much the best item you can get for leveling most classes and not obtainable ingame until the GMs decide to release them in boxes again. I'm surprised they are only 70m to be honest.

if your lucky to find one on valk, its gonna be over 90 mil. +9 go for 200mil, maybe even high

i think I bought one (Ymir) for like 60? 70? Whatever it was, it sucked for RG, so I sold it for 5 mil more

i dont think that ppl wil buy that for 120m, at least on valk
i always see the same ppl on eden trying to sell some +9 for 140m and they cant sell it, i should sell mine long ago, now isnt very good to sell high price gear even snake hat are sold for 90~100m

I can't find a reason to sell my +9. I pay for 0 blue pots and solo maps non stop never needing to stop and sit down to regain hp/sp. It is more than worth the 200mil its worth. And it cost me 5mil since I got it when it first came out.

im just glad i sold my +9 rideword for 650m the day before the recent box that had rideword in it. so its all good

St Patrick hat +8 is also an ok-ish substitute if you have reflect gears or shield reflect skills.

Yeah but 10% restore per proc isn't as helpful as a Rideword hat that bases its heal effect on damage. Maybe it's good for noob chars but definitely not for high leveled ones unless they are a Royal guard and can produce 4-5 instances of Reflect.

It also doesn't seem to proc quite as often as RW either.

rideword is nice because you arrow storm for 40k damage then 9% of that is 3.6k SP -- back to full ;P that's 10x better than the st. patrick's hat upon activation xD
