I really dont know whats going on. My screenshots come out gray and everytime i turn my sound down it mutes itself when i close ro. Help

my screenshots also come out grey, and squiggly, not sure why.

my kid's did that we uninstalled ro then deleted the folder that was left and reinstalled and it worked fine again
