The racist npc in xita sold every one's lvl 155 weapon except for cleric (wand)

Sternen Haufen is for level 175.
I am not sure there even exist any wand between 145 and 175 at the moment...
175 is probably sold in Muris then?

Muris is the city on the Orlo planet but you can't even enter Muris until you are level 200.
You can go to Orlo at 180 by either doing the Royals of Oblivion quest guide for that here
You can also just use a teleticket at level 180. If you go to the map on Orlo called Wreckage of the Blinding Mist, Nighand Jack sells the level 175 weapons and 180 armor
