i saw some people are having problems with logging in and with when they get to the server window.
i click the icon so it says start or whatever, so i click it. then it comes up with rose rescudo essentials warning which it always does, i click yes as normal and it just does nothing, doesnt launch the game window or anything.

you could disable the RRE since its no longer updated, have you tried xp sp3 and admin yet?

i could try running as admin although i already am admin, but however, the strange thing is that i never have had this problem before until this update

just tried running as administrator but does nothing, as i say it launches, but when i select yes on rre warning nothing happens after that, strange

im still not sure why you want the RRE thing to even pop up, did you restart your computer, update it fully, reinstall it, or anything like that yet?

but dont worry, i am english so i will actually understand you haha, just am confused. but surely it should be nothing to do with rre as its always been there and worked

not saying RRE has anything to do with it, just makes it so you dont have to press okay or whatever anymore since its an old thing thats not updated anymore...

and try this stuff
restart your computer, update the computer fully, reinstall it last option

yeah i have restarted as this was happening the other day, since the patch notes. just really cba to reinstall the whole thing!

Start Rose Online via the Official Launcher, not RRE, since RRE is no longer updated and most likely doesn't work anymore as Zurn said. This may more may not solve your problem, but I'm guessing it is the problem since RRE injects a .dll in rose, and if it's calling certain outdated functions, it may cause the client to crash or do weird things.

By default it is off, if you do a fresh install of rose. You may be able to disable it through the launcher, under "Settings >> Plugins", Not sure though, I don't have RRE.

its just after recent patch that its not launching, confusing :S want to get on

My suggestion is, go uninstall Rose Online completely. Than since you have RRE, the Rose Online uninstaller won't see it to uninstall it because it's not part of the Rose Online uninstaller, so it's probably sitting in your Rose Online root directory everytime you install rose. So to solve this, uninstall Rose Online completely, then go to this location on your computer once Rose is uninstalled: (C:\Program Files\Gravity) and delete the "Rose Online" folder. If that path is incorrect, than your probably on Vista or Win7 like me, so it will be here instead: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Gravity)

Once that is done, reinstall Rose Online and update it. See if this solves your problem.

okay i uninstalled and deleted directory files when it asked on the uninstallation (not sure if i was meant to) but now theirs no rose online folder??
how do i reinstall , sorry for hassle
