So I just noticed that 1 of my tickets has been deleted and the other one has been rolled back.
By roll back, I mean, I had an interaction with a CS rep, and now the only thing that is in the ticket thread is just my original claim. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas? Should I refile the tickets or just wait until they respond again?
The one that was deleted was about the redemption of my safe to 10 certs, so i'd like that to not be deleted. =x

Send Oda or Corvus a PM with the number that roll back action I don't think should have happened.
