I finally got Warg Strike at job level 19 and was testing it out in Magma Dungeon. It seems to me that the proc-rate of the auto warg strike seems to be a lot lower than the auto-blitz. Is the auto-strike affected by the job level that my ranger is? I currently have 44 luck, which I know isn't high, but I had about the same amount as a hunter/sniper and my falcon blitzed a lot more, as far as I can remember.

Of course, there is a chance that I remember through rose-tinted windows. >_> Is the rate actually the same for both of them?

From what I have read/observed they have the same proc rate.
