I think it would be nice (and logical) to have free skill (and also stats) reset possible up to level 100 (instead of 40).

First most players does not even know its possible until its too late.
Second at level 100 when you get second job you often find out you made many wrong skills.

NPC could even OFFER "do you want to reset your skills/stats" when player finishes second job quest or some similar way

We will be changing the Free Reset given at 40, to actually be Level 50 as part of the Player Progression changes that are being worked on.
A character should have a good chance to understand the dynamics of the skills and stats and if anything getting them to Junon at around Level 50.

The idea of allowing one free skills & stats reset until max lvl was to help old players starting the game again since all their skills got screwed up by years and years of skill updates... you should take this into consideration...

Given fact that rose ingame documentation/guides are very limited level 50 may not be sufficient. I have met players in game who are 75-100 and still didnot get main point of skills/stats (many has no idea even that you MUST take weapon passives and so on).
I dont think it would hurt IM also in any ways with giving free skill and stat reset until level 100 (even just ONCE).
New players who are not used to massive leveling can get very demotivated from fact that after leveling up char for weeks/months they find out its messed up and only way is to buy IM resets or make new char fully. Like i mentioned before, MOST players never heard about free reset (and its not notified in any guide/popup/etc from game side), people learn about it later from longer time players (whats often after level 40-50)
