how can a regular player have acess to an upgrade lowerheadgear without any GM commands?

They are glitching ragial it happens more often than you think.

there are some items out there that were upgraded using enrich or HD ori (cant remember) when they Gms forgot to restrict middle and lower headgear.They rolled back some items on those but they must of forgotten some, they probably only searched for s sunnies if it had an upgrade.

A while back, when we first got HD ores and mighty hammer (and you could use the HD ore from +5 and up) while not intended, you could upgrade certain items that you were not supposed to. The GM's made a sweep of the database to remove all the gear that had been upgraded this way. However, there was a certain way to 'hide' gears from the GMs (which I won't mention here).

If this is from that time, the person is pretty silly selling it that way. Alternatively, it might just be a glitch with the Ragial database.

Sometimes items are misinterpreted from the ragial bot, I've see a +2billion item before on there

But a couple of them were bugged with the new upgrade system but it was quickly fixed and I believe if it happened you need to report it.

My friend reported it to the GM's and they confiscated the upgraded gear and didn't refund anything.

Funny how the people who are honest lose out and everyone else gets off.
