how come i dont have the option of +10 cert when im tryin to upgrade my +9 cod or +9 backpack? i have the ores and +10 cert on my character but i dont get the option.
and how long will lucky doogg stay in eden 2nd floor?

You're supposed to do it with MIGHTY HAMMER! Also what's the point of a +10 Backpack? I can understand a +10 CoD Due to KK but yeah, anyways. You're at the wrong NPC, my friend.

You need to be wearing the equipment you want to upgrade with HD Ori/Elu in your inventory along with the Safe to 10 Certificate. I've used the upgrader last night so it's working.
