1) I can't give you exact figures because I'm not in game right now...
But I can at least tell you that lv 2/4/5 @ 150 INT can one shot Zenorc/Orc Skeleton/Drainliar. (Lv5 doesn't 1shot Steel Chonchons) (2.1~ is the max HP there)

And it can 2shot Goats/Grand Pecos/Harpies (4.4k is the max HP there)

So if I were to guesstimate my damage, it would be around 2.5k~

But you can actually calculate the number yourself with your homunc's stats..
Eraser Cutter Lv 2/3 are just slightly stronger than Xeno Slasher 4/5.
- Cast Eraser Cutter 2, and multiply the average number you get by 0.9; And that is the damage of Xeno Slasher 4.
- Cast Eraser Cutter 3, and multiply the average number you get by 0.875; And that is the damage of Xeno Slasher 5.

2) No, it is not. Feel free to cast it while mobbed. (The cast is kinda long for Lv4/5 though...)

Extra) When I saw people talking about the castling glitch, I tried it with chaotic blessing. It works well with Xeno Slasher.
I can cast Xeno Slasher 4 on a mob of orc Skeletons, then cast chaotic blessing (during Xeno's cast time), after that I can recast Xeno Slasher 4 on the ground.
The first will go off, killing the Skeletons, then after a little bit, the second will go off killing the zenorcs who go in to loot.

Similarly, on higher HP mobs (Goat/Harpy, etc.) I can do the same thing, and it results in casting twice in a relatively quick succession.

Although, I don't really use it often. Because I don't manually level my Eira anymore (already 141, and I figure the last levels are just HP/SP), and I only found out about the glitch when it was already leveled up.
I don't know if it's a type of offense, or just something we can abuse until there is a patch (if a patch even comes to fix this O_o)
It's honestly not too strong with Eira. But I could see the abuse with possibly Sera, and Definitely Dieter.
