Sorc build corrections..

I'm fairly new to the "Sorc" class, and I tend to aim for PVP/PVM build. Please help me correct ANY mistakes or what not.

Arullo got nerfed hard would be good to take Striking 5 instead.

Your skills are kinda all over the place.

I'm trying to make a PVP sorc, but can withstand solo grinding..

I know my skills are a bit unorganize as I am new to this class.. D:

I kind of went back and read most skills descriptions and I now came with this..

I have 3 points left.. If i follow this.

I'm might not turn out to GET Saftey Wall.. But is it best to get it? Or can i use those 22 points (Napalm, Soul Strike, Safety Wall combined) on other skills?

When you are pvp you go for disabling skills.

So in that respect i kinda worried about you because I don't think you have the proper grasp of Sorc skills or how to use them.
You ignored Dispel and Earth Grave which are powerful tools for a PvPer. I want you be able to have fun, not get completely demoralized and one-shotted when you come in the pvp room.

Homework for joo:

Scenario (Worst Case):Wild Sura appears in fury all balled up and is about half a screen away. what do you do, what can you do?

:ani_swt3: Okayyyy!! I redeveloped this... Hopefully it would be better.

[*] After getting sorc, I'm sure enough that I'll never use bolts ever again. So I decided to not take them to the max, and just leave them at lvl1 for pre-reqs for Endows.

[*] From what I see, I don't know.. I have no idea how exactly I'm going to use summons, but probably just for the stats that they give.. So I don't really plan out to get the Insignia's.

I also recieved some more insights, from a friend of mine and helped me out a little with this new revised build. Please revise it also if you like!

I have 6 points left to use from the build. Hopefully this would be good enough. My "homework" is now complete for tonight.

Getting better, But you are missing an insignia, you should have at least one for pvp to go with a summon for teh
awesome elemental immunity. You don't need all those skill points you have tossed into spirit sympathy. Not going to keep them alive against a player. And i would really reconsider not getting fiberlock. Fiberlock can be /gg once you learn how to juggle people
in alternating spells and fiberlocks.

Did you know sorcs have just a bit more range with fiberlock than many classes with more dangerous ranged skills? You probably won't be one shotting anyone (usually) and you always must anticipate an extended battle.

[*] I didn't put any points into fiberlock. Unless you accidently say that I shouldn't get fiberlock or should get it.

[*] So, about those insignias... Since I'm only getting Ventus and Aqua, do I get their insigna's also? Remember, I had 6 points left in the build that I revised previously.

Question:

[*] About Arrullo, is it good to get? From the 1st reply to this topic, the person said that it has been nerfed. Should I still get it, or should I just stick with Stone Curse to stop people in PVP?

[*]About the endows again.. If I want to boost my damage with AOE Ele skills, I'd have to max my endows.. but how would I be able to fit that with my current build?

Here's the next revised build, with reduced Spirit Sympathy (Lvl1). I have 4 Points left (From 1st and 2nd job levels, not third). What should I put those points in?

ok..you only need spirit control 2. spirit cure isnt really worth it, you can just resummon. if your going to get striking then max it. if your going to max an elemental skill then max the endow that corresponds to it, it about doubles damage. i prefer fiberlock over extreme vacuum for 2 reasons. duration is reduced by str. i held a RG for 1-2 seconds not the case with fiberlock 8 seconds set or 4 seconds in woe also its a target skill, its easier to target. soul siphon 5 is useless just get lvl 4 the back fire hurts yourself too much you only need the bare minimum in sp rec. i used to like foresight but now its meh, at later levels with good gear, you dont need it. insignias are pointless to max because your never really going to stand still and its not spammable, i use earth insignia on the door so fire attacks do more damage ie dragons breath from RKs.

arullo is like 40% to proc which is more like 10% then int reduces duration so.....no, you can always cast on doors but dps from spell spamming will cancel it
